Overview
The Brotech SDD 330 die-cutting system (plotter) is newly-developed digital equipment with an automatic camera system. Compared with rotary die-cutting or flat die-cutting, it is more flexible and suitable for processing small orders & customized orders. It integrates dry laminating, digital die-cutting, slitting and sheeting in one unit.
Features
The Brotech SDD 330 facilitates immediate job changes, making it ideal for short runs and urgent orders. It features a full servo design, simple operation and rapid replacement of accessories, with a small footprint compared to traditional digital die-cutting machines.
The SDD 330 supports remote monitoring, for quick troubleshooting and problem solving. Its modular design also supports single-seat cutting head and multiple-seat cutting heads, with automatic camera scanning.
Standard material thickness is 35-280µm of film / paper / adhesive material / light carton board paper. Other special materials need to be tested.
