With its modular design, the Brotech SDF-E is the perfect cost-effective and multi-functional combo that can be expanded with options according to the process required, including an auto slitting unit, sheeting or IML stations to expand application range. It features a small footprint with short web path to minimize waste, and is highly accurate for precision cutting and registration.
Features
The Brotech SDF-E features a fully automatic servo-driven flexo unit, for flexo printing, cold foil, lamination, varnish and super varnish. The UV/LED dryer has a chilling roller to keep stable tension and steady temperatures at all speeds.
The Brotech SDF-E has a servo-driven die-cutting function with automatic registration. It can be swapped between full-rotary and semi-rotary modes, and is suitable for both short-run and medium-run digital label printing.
All digitally printed finishing electronics, cosmetics, packaging, logistics, toys, pharmaceuticals, garments and security. Substrates include film, paper, adhesive material and light carton board. Other special materials must be tested.
