Overview
The TR series is Brotech’s most popular turret rewind system. It features four servo-driven rewind spindles and auto hot melt gluing system for core gluing and roll closure producing non-stop rewind. It also features label length or foot/metre counting. Ergonomically designed, easy to operate, it improves daily efficiency and shift output while drastically reducing waste.
Features
The TR series is equipped with 4 air shaft spindles for non-stop rewind, with mandrel sizes of 1”-3”. Core adapters are available for 4”-6” applications.
With advanced shear slitting for precise and steady slitting, optional razor blade slitting or crush slitting.
The TR series features 2 sets of auto hot melt gluing systems for core gluing and roll closure producing non-stop rewind. It also features label length or foot/metre counting.

Standard material is thickness 35~250µm of film, paper, adhesive material and light carton board paper. Other special materials need to be tested.
