Youth Day remains a powerful reminder of the strength and resilience that young people have always carried within them. Their voices have shaped history, and today, they continue to shape the future of our industry and our country.
At Kemtek, we are proud to play a small but meaningful part in that journey.
Earlier this year, we welcomed a new group of Y.E.S. (Youth Employment Service) interns into our business. Since joining us in March, these young professionals have brought a fresh sense of purpose to our teams. With curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn, they have reminded us what potential looks like when it’s supported and encouraged.
The presence of young people in our business is not just about transformation. It’s about growth, innovation, and continuity. They challenge our thinking, ask the questions that matter, and offer perspectives that keep us moving forward.
Youth Day also invites us to look inward. Each of us can remember what it felt like to take our first steps into the working world. The nerves. The excitement. The quiet hope that someone would take a chance on us. It’s worth asking ourselves: are we creating that same sense of possibility for the next generation?
