With its compact, modern design and powerful imaging capabilities built on Honeywell’s extreme performance (XP) platform, the Solaris XP7990G fits easily into existing enclosures used in high-volume retail checkout environments such as convenience, drug, specialty, liquor and grocery stores.
The Solaris XP7990G features 20% faster scanning speed, up to 5 m/s motion tolerance, and a wider field of view than previous Solaris models. Honeywell’s field proven XP technology handles poorly printed and damaged barcodes with ease.
The XP 7990G comes with full housing as well as housing-free version for integrated applications. Auxiliary ports keep the Solaris XP connected for bottom of the basket scanning.
With rip-and-replace upgrades for existing customers, this Solaris XP is completely backwards compatible with legacy Solaris models.
