The RPe (Enhanced) Series is an ultra-rugged, lightweight and reliable direct thermal portable label printer that delivers industry leading paper capacity and a Hi-drain, high power efficient battery for increased print output in retail, DSD (direct store delivery), field service, eCitation, T&L, and airline environments. Supporting a wide variety of media, it offers greater productivity and excellent, fast data communication.
Features
This portable printer provides big productivity gains and reduces errors by enabling workers to print labels at the location where they need to be applied, when they need to be applied. Unlike other mobile printers on the market, the RP4e offers almost twice the print speed media capacity and a one-point ANSI print quality improvement.
This robust portable printer survives 2-metre drops and 1000 0.5-metre tumbles, has an IP54 rating for dust and moisture ingress, and operates over a wide temperature range. Its lightweight, ergonomic design allows workers to carry and operate the printer with ease.
The RPe Series printer prints 25.4mm to 104.1mm labels and receipts and can accommodate a wide variety of media, including the heavy stock needed for hang tags and speciality labels. Plus, its fast and easy loading design means fewer interruptions and increased productivity, whether using one type of media or several.
The series has the latest 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi capabilities for the best range and fastest data communications on your WLAN. It also includes a Bluetooth 4.0 LE radio for when workers are outside WLAN range or are using the printer with a Bluetooth mobile computer.
The superior battery longevity of the RPe Series with Honeywell’s Hi-Drain battery ensures smooth, continuous operation so that workers can work efficiently with less media reloading, battery swaps and downtime. The high-discharge lithium-ion cell battery can be swapped without resetting the printer or losing connectivity.
