The printer features a robust all-metal frame with minimal internal mechanical parts, ensuring a sleek, compact profile ideal for various applications and long-lasting performance.
Powered by an Arm Cortex-A7 800MHz processor with 128MB memory, the PD45/ PD45S supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer modes. Honeywell’s dual sensor positioning technology ensures precise label placement, with a minimum label height of 5mm and vertical accuracy of 0.5mm (PD45S) and 0.75mm (PD45).
The PD45S includes a 3.5 full-touch colour LCD for ease of use, while the PD45 features a 2.36 keypad LCD and LED Feed button. Both models allow for easy printhead replacement and have a removable front sensor for cleaning.
The PD45S/PD45 supports multiple printer command languages (FP/DP/IPL/ZPL/DPL) for quick driver installation and simple Windows configuration. The PD45S also offers various accessories, including wireless network cards and options for peeling, rewinding, and cutting to meet diverse application needs.
