Powered by the market-leading Qualcomm SDA660 System-on-Chip platform rated at 2.3 GHz, the Datalogic Skorpio X5 is ready for the most demanding applications in the toughest environments. Featuring Google Android 10 OS with GMS, and Android Enterprise Recommended, the Skorpio X5 is a fully rugged device with an IP65 sealing rating and 1.8 metre repeated drops to concrete.
Featuring the most comprehensive scan engine choice including a totally new near-far Extra Long Range (ELR), the Skorpio X5 boasts the market’s best snappiness and reading performance even of damaged or covered bar codes. The computer features a 4.3-inch display, the largest in its category. This allows users to run more feature rich applications and clearer, more readable screen in simpler apps, with high visibility even in outdoor environments.
The Skorpio X5 allows users to choose between a full contactless device with state of the art 15 watt wireless charging or an industry standard pogopin connector version that also allows ethernet connectivity within the Skorpio cradle. 24/7 operations can be run with no interruptions in the most demanding and scan-intensive applications. This is due to a choice between a replaceable Standard 3500mAh battery or High Capacity 6200mAh hot swappable battery technology and the Datalogic smart Battery Management application.
