The Brother Consumables: Pro Tapes range has been developed and stringently tested for professional use in any environment where dependable, durable long term identification labelling is critical. Specifically designed for the P-touch range of label printers, STe Stencil Pro Tapes leave a permanent etched mark (text or bar code) on metal surfaces, for excellent resistance to water, abrasion, chemicals and extreme temperatures.
Features
Brother Stencil Tape is used as part of an electrochemical etching process to produce a mask containing the information to be etched. When an electrical current is passed through a pad containing special etching fluid, and pressed onto the stencil tape, it leaves a permanent mark with the text or bar code on the metal.
Brother Stencil Tape is available in widths of 18mm, 24mm and 36mm.
