Features
This 5th generation MultiHead sets new standards in Aristo’s
tool head family and features controlled depth adjustment. It is ideal for processing materials such as cartons, cardboards, corrugated cardboards, honeycomb, gaskets, plastics, foams, vinyl, laminates, composites, carbon fibre and fibreglass. Up to seven already set tools, an integrated, controlled depth adjustment (Z-axis) and software-controlled pressure for each tool position allows users to execute varying process steps without further intervention.
The Bevel Cut Device is the perfect tool for a precise angled cut of e.g. foamcore or sandwich board and even rubber materials. This opens new possibilities for the producing of displays, rigid packaging, gaskets and many other applications. Various angles can be cut and all functions can be set via the Aristo user interface Cutter Control Panel. Sophisticated software provides the necessary axis interpolation during the plunge into the media and to emerge out of it.
Developed for the processing of textiles, fibrous and other demanding materials at high speed, the Driven Wheel can be operated as an individual tool or parallel to a tool head. Using the ingenious software, the material surface is determined on the cutting-into.
All functions are conveniently steered via the PC-software Aristo Cutter Control Panel. Available for all Aristomats of the GL, TL and LFC series, either as a stand-alone solution or in combination with other tool heads, e.g. MultiHead.
This high-tech tool is suitable for processing many different materials including rigid plastics, Alu-Dibond, hard foam, MDF panels and others.
In addition to thin materials, thick materials can be processed in several steps. It is usable either as a stand-alone solution or in combination with other tool heads .As a particular high-light, the functions of the Automatic Eye can also be connected to the router: for example, a printed sheet of material can be measured by the Automatic Eye and subsequently routed.
This routing device is a low-cost solution for the processing of different materials like Alu-Dibond, acrylic, plastics or wood, e.g. for the advertising industry, display constructions and many other industries. It is available for all Aristomats of the GL, TL and LFC series, either as a stand-alone solution or in combination with other Aristo tool heads. In combination with a coolant mist system (option), materials that are not easily machinable can also be processed.
