Please notice that this cleaning guide is a provisional response for the purpose of “disinfection” to prevent novel COVID-19 infection. • Make sure alcohol to dry before reconnecting the AC plug.

Do Not

  • Do not clean the product while it is turned on.
  • Do not spray alcohol directly onto the product. Also, do not use saturated, soaked or dripping wet cloth to clean the product. Alcohol may flow into the machine, causing a short circuit in the electronic components or deterioration or damage to the components. In case of alcohol gets inside the machine, dry it completely before turning on the power.
  • Do not rub the product strongly when cleaning. Also, do not use any cleaning method other than that recommended. The surface condition and silk printing may be affected.

Notes

  • Cleaning using the above method will not affect the outcome of the printing or scanning quality. However, since a solvent is used, the surface condition, color and texture of the product may be impaired depending on the amount of alcohol applied, the wiping time, the wiping strength, repeated cleaning, etc.
  • The use of bleach as an alternative to rubbing alcohol is also mentioned, but please avoid using it because the effect on the product has not been confirmed.
