Features
A flatbed format printer, the SC-V7000’s UltraChrome UV 10-colour inkset enhances prints with outstanding print quality and vivid colour for stunning results. Its versatile white ink is ideal for a wider range of products, applied as a base layer on coloured media or to create impactful backlit prints. The varnish can be applied all over the image or as a spot colour for specific textures and effects.
With the SureColor SC-V7000, printing businesses can print at high speed to a maximum print area of 2.5 by 1.25 metres. Simultaneous high-speed printing with white ink and varnish is enabled by the printhead layout, with no loss of productivity.
A wide variety of substrates can be printed on when using the SC-V7000, including acrylics, polycarbonates, PVC, glass, aluminium, metal, polyester, foamboard, styrene, wood and stone. The 4-zone vacuum system offers genuine flexibility in production environments.
The height of the SC-V7000’s printhead automatically adjusts depending on the thickness of the media while the crash sensor avoids potential head crashes. An ionizer helps reduce the static charge on the media so that inkdrops are not deflected but land in the right place, for consistent print quality.
