Compatible with 40W and 22W laser modules, with bonus 1.6W laser module with 40W, and is specifically designed for engraving in far more detail. In 40W mode, it can cut 20 mm basswood board in one pass, while in 22W use, it cuts 10 mm basswood board in a single pass. It can also cut 20 mm cork and 0.15 mm cork also in one pass, and directly carve coloured patterns on mirror stainless steel, ceramics and opaque glass.
Despite its compact size, the Creality Falcon2 40W has a large working area of 15.75 x 16.34 inches (400 x 415mm). Break free from constraints, unlock more space and enjoy convenient placement. A perfect fit for small studios or rooms, it can be placed on a cabinet shelf and easily slide the protective cover to protect artwork.
The fully transparent cover allows you to observe processing from any angle, completely free from constraints of protective glasses. With a curved surface with external buttons, it’s uniquely convenient. The Creality Falcon2 40W comes with built-in top camera for accurate alignment, ensuring full-frame functionality, with a spacious interior for limitless creativity.
With integrated air assist, you can adjust the airflow automatically or manually to create the perfect project. Falcon2 40W is compatible with a variety of systems, including Windows and macOS, and software such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn.
Perfectly suitable for both small and more extensive batch projects, the Creality Falcon2 40W provides excellent service for both creativity and business. The efficient smoke exhaust is ideal in enclosed spaces, effectively filtering smoke and dust, and is paired with optional air purifiers – safe and worry free.
The Creality Falcon2 Pro 40W features three monitoring systems. Airflow monitoring: indicates the current airflow volume and enables you to control the airflow to suit. Lens monitoring: built-in lens monitoring system triggers an alarm when the lens is too dirty, to avoid lens breakage. Flame monitoring: when a flame is detected, the indicator will flash red with an alarm and the machine will stop immediately.
Bidirectional limit switch: if the laser hits the boundary, the machine will stop automatically, and trigger an alarm buzzer. Active Safety Function: the machine will stop working in case of accidental tilt, flip or drop. Emergency Stop Button: if an emergency occurs during operations, you can also manually stop the machine immediately. Laser Protective Cover: the protective cover around the laser head will effectively prevent laser dazzle to the eyes. Security Lock Design: for professional use only.
