Features
The CP-2140EX’s clean Shell Suit design is compact to reduce valuable operating space, and its roof interface feature is designed to protect the mechanism from water damage. Weighing in at just 2.1kg, its dimensions are 226mm (w) x 188mm (h) x 276mm (d).
Both media and ribbon installation are extremely simple due to the large loading space. Communication interfaces comprise Ethernet, USB device, RS-232 and USB host.
The CP-2140EX has an integrated structure, making it solid and robust to withstand busy and demanding working environments over time.
Printing at 6 ips (20% faster than the earlier CP series), the CP-2140EX also boasts expanded SDRAM (32 MB) and Flash ROM (16MB) to store more fonts, forms and graphics. The CPU is a 32-bit RISC microprocessor.
