Now that the nationwide lockdown has relaxed slightly, Kemtek can extend our services to all customers who have successfully applied to CIPC for an Essential Services Provider Certificate under Level 4 rules. Although we’re still operating with a reduced staff complement to comply with current government regulations, we’re endeavouring to maintain our usual levels of customer service excellence.
At present, our head office and branches are open from 08h00 – 15h00. However, from Monday 11 May, in accordance with our Level 4 Essential Services Provider Certificate, we will be operating our branches nationwide at normal opening hours. These are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 08h00 to 16h30
Friday: 08h00 to 16h00.
We will commence deliveries to all areas with immediate effect, for customers who are licensed to operate as Essential Services Providers under the Government Gazette for Level 4 Lockdown, and whose accounts with us are in good standing.
We will also still welcome customer order collections, plus drop-offs at our service and repair centre between the hours of 08:00 and 15:00
In order to prioritise the health and safety of our employees, principals, resellers and customers, we ask you to please respect the following procedures:
Prior to entry to any Kemtek premises, everyone will be subject to a temperature screening and COVID-19 screening questionnaire. Anyone found to have a temperature in excess of 37.2⁰C will not be allowed access to our premises;
The outcome of the questionnaire, together with the above temperature screening, will determine whether you are allowed to enter our premises – refusal to undertake either will unfortunately mandate that access to the premises will not be granted. However, we can still deliver goods at a nominal surcharge.
If you are collecting an order, our internal sales representatives will require all your details including date, time, courier company or name of person collecting;
You will be required to use your own pen when signing for collections;
You will be required to wear a mask and use the provided hand sanitizer when collecting your order; and
We ask that you wait in your vehicle until your order is ready for collection or until called by one of our friendly staff members.
