Summary of Role:

The overall purpose of this position is to increase equipment sales, press upgrades and click revenue and exceed targets.

Areas of responsibility include:

1. Customer and Principal Management1.1Develop sales and business in order to produce an ongoing, successful sales pipeline of quality, actionable leads that meets forecast and improves sales within excisting customersWeekly meetings
 1.2Drive demand generation for clicks and presses, upgrades or options on Indigo pressesAchieve Targets
 1.3 Execute the strategic plan and operational responsibility for the productsPlan and actions
 1.4 Invite, attend and follow up any local or international trade shows, events and visits to Center of ExcellenceNo of events and demos generated
2. Sales Targets2.1Responsible for management of all Leads in terms of leads qualified, conversion rate, net new customers and revenue from leadsTargets
 2.2Execute sales plan for the product/product rangeGross Profit
 2.3Search and Develop business development initiatives with existing and potential customersNet Profit
 2.4Drive additional click growth on existing customersClick volume
 2.5Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targetsTargets
 2.6Develop new sales for special inks and workflow solutionsNo of new customers
3. Administration3.1 Report on competitor activity regarding product/product range, pricing, service delivery etcDeadlines
 3.2 Prepare reports as and when requiredQuality
 3.3Assist with distribution and collection of customer surveys.Accuracy
 3.4Update Sales Force with all activities daily, customer visits, orders, leads etc 
 3.5 Execute EMEA and local country campaigns with the team 
4. Internal and External Customer Care / Relations4.1Collaborate with other divisions and ensure pass on leads.Nature and number of complaints
 4.2Collaborate with marketing team to assist with executionSurveys
 4.3Collaborate with technical team 
 4.4Resolve all customer and distributor queries professionally and efficiently 
 4.5Ensure customers are always updated with all product information.
